NDIS Support Coordination

Our team of expert NDIS support coordinators can help you get the most out of your plan.
We offer a complimentary, no-obligation in-home consultation where our team will personally discuss how our NDIS support coordination services can meet your needs.

What are NDIS Support Coordinators?

Support Coordination for NDIS is all about enhancing your ability to make the best use of supports in your plan.

It is designed to help you understand and use your NDIS plan to pursue your goals, connect you with services and build your confidence to use and coordinate your supports.

Depending on your plan, NDIS support coordination can be included in the Capacity Building budget. This is a fixed amount for an NDIS support coordinator to help you use your plan.

Below is a video from the NDIS that explains coordination of supports.

Three Levels of NDIS Support Coordination

There are three levels of support coordination that may be included in your NDIS plan.

Level 1 NDIS Support Connection: Entry level support coordination that helps you connect with services and resources that enable you to live independently.

Level 2 NDIS Coordination of Supports: This level of support coordination helps you build the skills to navigate your NDIS plan effectively. Your NDIS support coordinator will guide you in accessing a mix of services to build skills, manage your care, live independently, and stay connected in your community.

Level 3 Specialist NDIS Support Coordination: This higher level of support coordination is designed to help participants address complex barriers that affect access to supports. A Specialist NDIS Support Coordinator will assist in managing challenges and developing a service plan for support needs (where appropriate).

What is the difference between Plan Management and Support Coordination?

Plan management helps with the financial administration of your NDIS plan, which is available to all participants. NDIS support coordination focuses on supports and providers, which is only available to those who meet the reasonable and necessary criteria determined by the NDIS. You can read more about the difference via our blog.
