Eligibility and applying for the NDIS
You may be eligible to access the NDIS if you:

- Live in Australia and have Australian residency
- Have a permanent and significant disability

Participant Service Charter
The NDIS Participant Service Charter is a document that explains what you can expect from the NDIS. It has been updated with 2022 legislation changes and sets out what the NDIS are going to do over the next two years to deliver a Scheme that meets participants’ expectations.

Specialist support coordination
Carer’s Network is registered to provide specialist support coordination. We are able to provide NDIS participants with appropriately qualified and experienced support coordinators to address complex support needs, including psychosocial.

If you have concerns about any aspect of your NDIS Support experience (or a loved one’s), it’s important you raise them.
