As a trusted disability support provider, Carer’s Network offers comprehensive NDIS in-home support tailored to your needs. We also provide in-home care services to individuals who are not NDIS-funded, offering private support options to help you live independently. At Carer’s Network, you’ll be paired with a dedicated Client Services Manager who will assist you in accessing the services and supports outlined in your NDIS plan or tailored private care plan.

About The NDIS
The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) provides funding to 500,000 Australians living with permanent and significant disability to access services and supports they need
The NDIS supports people with disability to take the lead and make informed decisions about their supports, including the selection of their preferred service providers.
Eligibility and Applying to the NDIS
You may be eligible to access the NDIS if you:
- Are aged between 7 and 65 years
- Live in Australia and have Australian residency
- Have a permanent and significant disability

Participant Service Charter
The NDIS Participant Service Charter is a document that explains what you can expect from the NDIS. It has been updated with 2022 legislation changes and sets out what the NDIS are going to do over the next two years to deliver a Scheme that meets participants’ expectations.

Specialist NDIS Support Coordination
Carer’s Network is registered to provide specialist NDIS support coordination. We are able to provide NDIS participants with appropriately qualified and experienced support coordinators to address complex support needs, including psychosocial.

If you have concerns about any aspect of your NDIS Support experience (or a loved one’s), it’s important you raise them.
