NDIS and Disability In-Home Support

As a trusted disability support provider in Melbourne and Regional VIC, Carer’s Network offers comprehensive NDIS in-home support tailored to your needs. We also provide NDIS in-home services to individuals who are not NDIS-funded, offering private support options to help you live independently. At Carer’s Network, you’ll be paired with a Dedicated Care Partner. They’ll assist you in accessing the services and supports outlined in your NDIS plan or tailored private care plan.
