Position: Home Care Package Care Advisor
Location: Carer’s Network Bendigo Office, Bendigo VIC
Salary: $75,000 – $85,000 per annum

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Client Services Manager (Care Advisor) to join our team at Carer’s Network Bendigo Office.
Are you ready to lead a team with compassion and make a difference in people’s lives? Carer’s Network is seeking an experienced Client Services Manager (Care Advisor) to lead and support our regional team and look after a caseload of consumers in our Home Care Packages Program.

Experience Required
- Demonstrated experience in a Client Services Management (Care Advisor) role, preferably within the Aged Care Home Care Sector.
- Strong understanding of home care packages and familiarity with government funding mechanisms.
- Proven track record of working to company organisational objectives and goals.
- Experience in providing guidance, support and mentoring colleagues.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients, families, caregivers, and healthcare professionals to promote and empower consumer participation and choice through the provision of effective and results-based case management to our Home Care Package clients.
- Demonstrated ability in problem-solving, conflict management and decision-making, especially in fast-paced environments.
- Good working knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Framework and Home Care Standards.
- A compassionate approach to care, driven by a genuine desire to improve the lives of others.
Responsibilities:
- Lead dedicated professionals to deliver high-quality home care services.
- Oversee the assessment, allocation, and monitoring of Home Care Packages to ensure client needs are met effectively.
- With your outgoing, confident and dynamic personality, you will develop new business whilst maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, their families, caregivers, and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal departments to streamline processes and optimise service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Implement strategies to continuously improve service quality and client satisfaction.
- Travel to Melbourne as required.
