Navigating Your NDIS Plan: Support Coordination
Understanding and navigating your NDIS plan can sometimes feel overwhelming, but we are here to help. Support coordination is all about enhancing your ability to make the best use of supports in your plan. We offer three levels of NDIS support coordination that may be included in your NDIS plan, from entry level support coordination to higher level of specialist support coordination. Our goal is to make sure you get the most out of your plan, so you can achieve your goals.
Specialised Support in NDIS High Intensity Daily Personal Activities
We provide exceptional support to individuals with diverse and complex needs. One of our standout offerings is specialised in-home services in NDIS High Intensity Daily Personal Activities. Our team of highly trained support workers are equipped to manage and support a variety of high intensity needs which include
complex bowel care, enteral feeding and management, severe dysphagia management and urinary catheter management.
