Additional Everyday Living Pricing Details:
Assistance with home maintenance and repairs (SERVICE) – a quote will be provided.
Expenses for home maintenance and repairs (GOODS) – a quote will be provided.
Small Meal Order: $ 13.00 per unit
Large Meal Order: $ 23.00 per unit
Please note – Standard Hours are Monday to Friday 06:00am – 08:00pm

Terms and Conditions
GST
Please note that all for Meals, Assisted Technology (AT) and Home Modifications (HM), Home Maintenance and Repairs, any Goods purchased on your behalf, and any service that requires a quote to be obtained, will be required to have GST added.
Cancellation Policy
The notice period for cancellations is 24 hours. If you are not home and you have not provided notice with less than 24 hours, a cancellation fee for the full cost of the scheduled service will be invoiced to you. If you reject an offer of a suitably compatible alternative worker and cancel the service with less than 24 hours’ notice, a cancellation fee for the full cost of the scheduled service will be invoiced to you.
Temporarily stopping services
You will be required to temporarily stop services for a hospital stay, residential respite care, transition care or other reasons that include social leave, holidays of other personal circumstances. Let your Care Partner know with at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid the cancellation fee for the full cost of the scheduled service.
Requesting an Associated Provider
If you would like to engage an associated provider who is not currently approved by Carer’s Network, speak to your Care Partner to discuss this process.
Additional services
If you require services that are more than your funding, you can purchase them at the prices listed above. This information is correct at the time of printing and are valid from 1st July 2026. Prices are reviewed regularly and are subject to change. All prices exclude GST. GST will be applied to customer funded services.
